Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Production Manager
who will independently manage and oversee end-to-end production operations, ensuring products are manufactured as per required
quality, quantity, cost and delivery timelines
.

The role will be responsible for production planning, manpower and material coordination, process monitoring, quality compliance, inventory coordination and timely completion of production targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and manage day-to-day production activities.
- Prepare production schedules based on sales forecasts, orders and inventory requirements.
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly and monthly production targets.
- Monitor production processes to ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery and materials.
- Coordinate availability of raw materials and packing materials with Stores and Procurement teams.
- Manage




end-to-end production
, from production planning and material issuance to manufacturing, packing and final transfer of finished goods.
- Monitor production output, wastage, yield and productivity.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to approved specifications, recipes, SOPs and quality standards.
- Coordinate with
QA/QC teams
for in-process checks, finished product approvals and corrective actions.
- Ensure proper batch records, production records and related documentation are maintained.
- Monitor production delays, shortages, breakdowns and operational issues and take timely corrective action.
- Ensure proper manpower allocation and shift planning as per production requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce wastage and optimize production costs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, quality and applicable regulatory requirements.
