Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities
About the role
The Head – Indirect Sourcing will lead the end-to-end indirect procurement charter for TEPL which covers the EMS and Semiconductor manufacturing sites and corporate offices across the world. The role is responsible for building a robust, scalable sourcing organization covering technology, infrastructure, and indirect non-technology spend, while enabling cost competitiveness, compliance, and operational excellence across sites. This is a senior leadership role requiring robust capability in IT & technology sourcing, infrastructure sourcing, and standard indirect categories along with experience in setting up social infrastructure for greenfield manufacturing operations.
