Job Summary

Navera Builders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, following up with prospective customers, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Handle customer enquiries, leads, follow-ups, and site visits.
- Generate new leads through calls, references, digital enquiries, and other sales channels.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into bookings.




- Support and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Coordinate with customers regarding project details, pricing, payment schedules, and booking procedures.
- Conduct and coordinate project/site visits for prospective customers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor sales pipeline, lead status, conversions, and pending follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, CRM, Accounts, and Project teams when required.
- Assist in resolving customer queries and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Stay updated on company projects, pricing, offers, competitors, and market trends.
- Support the Sales Manager in achieving overall departmental objectives.
