What You’ll Do
- Handle merchant queries via
phone calls
, chat, and email to provide swift technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot product setup, checkout integrations, and app-related issues.
- Document customer feedback, identify recurring bugs, and collaborate closely with our engineering team.
- Deliver an exceptional, high-touch support experience to high-volume e-commerce brands.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience:
1+ year of experience in technical customer support or application support.
- Communication:




Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both
English and Hindi
(Comfortable handling direct voice calls).
- Shift Flexibility:
100% open and comfortable with
night shift
schedules.
- Startup Mindset:
High ownership, self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a quick-growing environment.
- Tech-Savvy:
Basic understanding of web apps, SaaS tools, and troubleshooting workflows.
