About the Role

We're looking for a
Lead Account Manager
who can own client relationships end-to-end while building performance strategies that actually move the needle. You'll be the bridge between client ambitions and agency execution — equal parts strategist, advisor, and problem-solver.

This is a role for someone who's as comfortable in a strategy deck as they are in a client call. Someone who understands
performance media deeply
, communicates with confidence, and knows how to keep both clients and internal teams aligned and motivated.

What You'll Do
- Own and manage a portfolio of key client accounts — serving as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor
- Develop and present
full-funnel performance marketing strategies
across Meta, Google, YouTube,



and other digital platforms
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual planning discussions with clients
- Work closely with media buyers, creative teams, and analysts to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery
- Monitor campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and proactively recommend optimisations
- Handle escalations, manage expectations, and build long-term client trust
- Identify and drive
upsell and cross-sell opportunities
within existing accounts
- Mentor junior account managers and contribute to building solid servicing processes
- Represent the agency in client meetings, reviews, and pitches

What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years
of experience in account management or client servicing, with
at least 1–2 years in a lead role
- Agency background
strongly preferred
- Solid working knowledge of
performance marketing
