Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and high-performing
Business Development Manager (BDM) – Enterprise Sales
to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in
B2B Enterprise Sales, SaaS Sales, Corporate Sales, or IT/Technology Sales
.

The role requires robust experience in managing enterprise accounts, developing strategic relationships, owning the complete sales cycle, and consistently achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new
enterprise and corporate clients
.
- Identify high-value prospects and build a strong enterprise sales pipeline.
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure.
- Generate business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, events, and other channels.




- Engage with CXO-level and senior decision-makers to understand business requirements.
- Conduct product/service presentations, solution discussions, and commercial negotiations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise customers.
- Prepare proposals, commercial presentations, and sales pitches.
- Negotiate contracts and commercials while ensuring business profitability.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Manage sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, and opportunity tracking through CRM.
- Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to drive successful closures.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members when required.
