Role description:

This position combines the roles of the
Marketing Hub Lead, Bangalore
and
Regional Marketing Coordinator ASMEA
. The role is accountable for building and leading the Bangalore Hub to deliver high quality marketing execution services globally. As the single point of contact for the Regional CEO, this role will coordinate and align the ASMEA marketing team, ensuring seamless collaboration with both global & regional stakeholders. This position requires solid leadership, operational excellence, and international exposure, with a focus on cross-team alignment.

Main responsibilities:

Marketing Hub Lead, Bangalore (70%)
- Build and lead the Bangalore Marketing Hub with disciplinary responsibility, driving a high-performance, delivery-focused culture
- Oversee team development, performance management,



and alignment with global functional leads (functional reporting line of employees)
- Manage and coordinate the Marketing Hub in Bangalore with creative and digital marketing services for efficient global execution.
- Ensure service quality, timeliness, and consistency for global stakeholders
- Implement innovation for efficient execution: AI, and automation to boost productivity and creative impact

ASMEA Regional Marketing Coordinator (30%)
- Act as primary marketing liaison for the ASMEA Regional CEO and leadership team
- Represent regional priorities in senior leadership meetings, providing updates and performance insights
- Drive alignment and collaboration across ASMEA by gathering feedback, addressing challenges, cascading updates, and engaging teams
- Partner with Country Coordinators, Business Partners, and other marketing teams to ensure unified, high-quality execution
