About IDeA World College

IDeA World College is looking for a
Talent Acquisition Executive
to support recruitment and onboarding for our growing academic and corporate teams.

This is an execution-focused HR role offering hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, candidate coordination, onboarding, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment – Primary Focus
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles such as Content Writers, Social Media Executives, and other support functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines,



recruitment trackers, and hiring MIS.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Onboarding & HR Support
- Manage offer communication and candidate documentation.
- Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding processes.
- Ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees.
- Maintain basic HR and recruitment records.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment/Talent Acquisition preferred.
- Freshers with relevant HR or Talent Acquisition internship experience may also apply.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- English and Hindi proficiency preferred.
- Comfortable with candidate follow-ups, coordination, and documentation.
- Ability to work from office in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
