Role & Responsibilities :
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Lead technical solutioning for Salesforce Field Service and Sales Cloud requirements.
- Design Salesforce architecture, data models, workflows, automation, and integrations.
- Evaluate out-of-the-box Salesforce capabilities and determine when custom development is required.
- Provide technical recommendations and identify opportunities to improve existing Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, functional consultants, and development teams.
Desired Profiles :
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Solid hands-on
Salesforce Field Service experience – this is a key requirement.
- Strong Sales Cloud experience.
- Strong solutioning and technical design experience.
