About the Role

The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, and supporting the sales process through effective communication and relationship management.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates with prior sales experience who are comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through outbound calls
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant solutions
- Maintain customer relationships and support the sales process
- Follow up on leads and maintain communication records
- Meet assigned performance goals
- Ensure professional communication during all customer interactions

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 8 months of experience in B2C or international sales.
- Freshers with Excellent commujication skills are also eligible.
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in night shifts
- Basic computer knowledge and communication skills
