About the Role

We are looking for a
creative and results-driven Marketing Manager
with 1–2 years of experience to plan and execute marketing initiatives, strengthen our brand presence, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across relevant channels.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
- Coordinate content creation for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
- Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with sales, product, design, and other teams for marketing activities.
- Manage external vendors, agencies, and marketing partners when required.
- Assist in organizing events,



webinars, campaigns, and other promotional activities.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Track marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
- Strong content writing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and lead-generation strategies.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar marketing tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with valuable attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
