Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop
Welding Fixtures, Drill Jigs, Lifting Fixtures & Access Platforms
- Create and maintain
3D Models, Assemblies & Manufacturing Drawings
using SolidWorks
- Perform
Fixture Design Calculations
and validate design feasibility
- Review manufacturing drawings and conduct
quality checks
- Apply
GD&T;, Limits, Fits & Tolerances
in tooling designs
- Perform
Tolerance Stack-Up Analysis
for assemblies
- Develop fabrication and assembly tooling solutions for large structures
- Provide
Fixture Proving & Shop Floor Support
during manufacturing and assembly activities

Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in
Welding Fixture Design & Development
- Hands-on experience with
Drill Jigs, Lifting Fixtures, Transportation Pallets & Access Platforms
- Proficiency in
SolidWorks 3D Modeling, Weldments, Assembly Design & Drafting
- Sound knowledge of
Resting, Locating & Clamping Principles
- Good understanding of
GD&T;, Tolerance Stack-Up, Engineering Calculations, Limits & Fits
- Ability to interpret manufacturing drawings and technical specifications
- Knowledge of fabrication, welding processes, and material selection

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in
Shipbuilding / Heavy Engineering / Fabrication Industries
- Exposure to large fabricated structures and complex assemblies
- Experience reviewing concept designs and recommending practical tooling solutions
- Robust shop floor exposure and fixture proving experience
- Immediate Joiners / Less than 30 D
