The Client Delivery Manager is responsible for leading customer engagements across Global Capability Center (GCC) strategy and build, sourcing, vendor management, and transformation programs.

This is a highly client-facing leadership role responsible for ensuring successful customer outcomes through a combination of platform intelligence, consulting expertise, and disciplined program execution.

The Client Delivery Manager serves as the primary engagement lead for assigned clients, managing executive stakeholders, delivery teams, governance forums, and strategic workstreams. The role combines consulting, program management, financial analysis, sourcing advisory, and customer success responsibilities.

What You'll Do

1. Client Engagement Leadership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients across assigned engagements with a primary focus on GCC industry
- Work closely with client teams to formulate and execute clients’ GCC strategy
- Lead customer workshops, product demos and support executive presentations




- Be a trusted advisors to clients in the GCC and sourcing advisory
- Ensure delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and achievement of program objectives.
- Manage engagement risks, escalations, and stakeholder expectations.

2. Program & Delivery Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of sourcing, GCC, and transformation programs.
- Define project plans, milestones, governance structures, and delivery frameworks.
- Manage multiple workstreams and ensure timely delivery of client commitments.
- Monitor program performance, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
- Drive operational rigor and execution excellence across engagements.

3. Strategic Advisory & Decision Support
- Support enterprise leaders in evaluating global delivery models and expansion strategies- sourcing transformation, GCC strategy and build, location assessment, operating model design
