About the Role

As a Motion Graphic Designer, you'll create high-quality visual content for both short-form and long-form videos. Your role will involve transforming scripts, ideas, and concepts into engaging, attention-grabbing videos that deliver impact.

? Location: Bangalore — On-site role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bangalore. Candidates should be comfortable working from our Bangalore office.
Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics for social media videos, explainers, and long-form content.
• Transform scripts into visually engaging, retention-focused videos.
• Design clean, modern, high-impact visual systems.
• Collaborate closely with writers, editors, and creative teams to bring ideas to life.
• Take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery.
• Understand pacing, transitions, typography, composition, and storytelling through motion.
Qualifications





• Solid working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
• Good understanding of design principles, animation, visual hierarchy, and pacing.
• Ability to create polished motion graphics with clean execution.
• Strong sense of timing, composition, typography, and transitions.
• Ability to understand scripts and convert them into engaging visual stories.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to handle projects end-to-end.
• Strong collaboration skills while working with editors, writers, and other creative team members.
