Job DescriptionWe're looking for sharp, driven Business Development Executives to help us scale our client base across DTC and e-commerce brands. This is currently a hybrid role, but we're specifically looking for talent based in Gurgaon or Delhi for client-facing needs.

Drive end-to-end sales: prospecting → pitching → closingn
Build and manage a strong pipeline across DTC/e-commercen
Understand client needs and position our performance marketing solutionsn
Collaborate with internal teams on proposals & pitchesn
Track activities and outcomes in CRMn
Meet monthly/quarterly revenue targetsn

nWhat You Need
n
n
1–4 years of sales experiencen
Experience in DTC, performance marketing, or agency setups is a strong plusn
Solid understanding of digital marketing basicsn
Solid communication, negotiation & relationship-building skillsn
Self-driven, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced workplacen




Must be based in Gurgaon or Delhin
