n• Connect with customers through phone-based B2C conversations
n• Understand their needs and concerns related to hearing loss
n• Recommend suitable hearing aid solutions based on their lifestyle and budget
n• Guide customers as a trusted advisor and connect them with our partner providers
n• Drive the conversation toward successful conversions and customer satisfaction
nWho are we looking for?




nExcellent communication and active listening skills
nHigh proficiency in Hindi & English — mandatory
nProficiency in any one of the following regional languages is also mandatory:
nTamil | Telugu | Kannada | Malayalam | Punjabi
nA confident, empathetic, and customer-focused approach
