nQoruz is looking for a passionate and trend-savvy Management Trainee – Influencer Marketing to join our growing team. If you're excited about social media, creators, brand campaigns, and digital culture, this role will give you hands-on exposure to the quick-growing creator economy.

Initial training period of 3–6 monthsn
Monthly stipend of ₹15,000 during the training periodn
Based on performance, candidates will be promoted to the role of Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist with a CTC hike after successful completion of trainingn

nWhat You'll Do

Assist in identifying and onboarding relevant influencers across platformsn
Support end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaignsn
Coordinate with creators for content timelines, approvals, and deliverablesn
Help track campaign performance and maintain reportsn
Research social media trends, viral content,



and emerging creatorsn
Work closely with internal teams including strategy, content, and salesn
Maintain campaign data and creator databasesn

nWhat We're Looking For

Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in digital marketing or influencer marketingn
Strong interest in social media, creators, and online trendsn
Good communication and coordination skillsn
Basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn ecosystemsn
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a startup environmentn
Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel is a plusn
