nOverview
nThe Audit Manager leads multiple U.S. audit engagements while managing offshore teams. This role is responsible for engagement planning, technical review, quality assurance, and coordination with U.S.-based partners and managers.
nKey Responsibilities

Lead audit engagements from planning through completion,



including risk assessment and internal control evaluationn
Review audit workpapers, financial statements, and disclosures for accuracy and compliancen
Manage client timelines, deliverables, and communicationsn
Supervise and mentor supervisors, seniors, and associatesn
Resolve complex accounting and auditing issuesn
Ensure audit documentation meets qualified and regulatory standardsn
Drive continuous improvement and adoption of audit tools and technologiesn
Team Leadership & People Managementn
Coach and develop offshore audit teams supporting U.S. engagementsn
Conduct performance evaluations and workforce planningn
Identify training needs and uphold quality standardsn
Maintain team morale and utilization during peak periodsn

10+ years of audit experience in a public accounting firm preferredn
CA/CPA preferred but not requiredn
