Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata
Experience: 1–2 years in Telesales
Qualification: 12th Pass & Above
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 (In-Hand), based on experience, communication skills, and last drawn salary
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Pitch company products/services effectively and convert leads into customers.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle objections confidently and close sales.




Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali .
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
