n Role Overview
nWe are seeking a Company Secretary & Legal Officer to lead corporate governance, statutory compliance, legal documentation, contract administration, and regulatory affairs across the organization.
nThe ideal candidate will combine solid company secretarial expertise with practical legal and commercial understanding, enabling Altair to scale rapidly while maintaining high standards of compliance and governance.

n Key Responsibil ities
n Company Secretarial & Compliance.
n
n
Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, MCA regulations,



and applicable corporate laws.n
Manage Board Meetings, Shareholder Meetings, Committee Meetings, and related documentation.n
Prepare and maintain statutory registers, filings, resolutions, and corporate records.n
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.n
Support corporate structuring, subsidiary management, and governance mattersn

n Legal Affairs
n
n
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, MoUs, vendor agreements, customer agreements, employment contracts, and strategic partnerships.n
Manage contract lifecycle and document repository.n
Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation, notices, and regulatory matters.n
Monitor legal risks and ensure timely mitigation.n

Support management on governance frameworks and best practices.n
Support in investment, ESOP, and listing activities.n
