We are hiring Apprenticeship Trainees (Plant Maintenance) for a leading German MNC in Karnataka. This role is ideal for Chemical/Instrumentation Engineering freshers looking to gain hands-on experience in plant operations, maintenance, and shift management in a large-scale manufacturing workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain plant machinery and operations
Assist Shift In-Charge in daily plant activities and shift management
Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports
Support maintenance and operational activities on the shop floor
Work efficiently in a plant-based industrial setting
Requirements
Qualification: BE / B.Tech (Chemical/Instrumentation Engineering only)
Passing Year: 2021 /2022 /2023 /2024 /2025
Freshers are eligible
Provisional Certificate is mandatory
Willingness to work in plant setting
