Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with a robust recruitment background and proven experience hiring for Healthcare, Medical Billing, RCM, or

Healthcare BPO roles.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Coordinate interviews, offers, follow-ups, and candidate engagement.
Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders for timely closures.
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines.
Track recruitment metrics, hiring targets, and SLAs.




Support bulk and niche hiring across Healthcare, Medical Billing, RCM, and Healthcare BPO.

Mandatory Requirements
3–6 years of Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience.
Mandatory experience hiring for Healthcare, Medical Billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or Healthcare BPO roles.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proven end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing experience.
Candidates should be currently based in Chennai.
Immediate Joiners or candidates serving up to 15 days notice are preferred.
