Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
Architect scalable solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, NLP, and Machine Learning.
Define technical roadmaps and solution architectures.
Drive adoption of emerging AI technologies and best practices.
Provide technical leadership across large-scale AI initiatives.
Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, and engineering governance.
Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and production-ready.
Guide teams throughout the AI lifecycle from development to deployment and monitoring.
Establish and implement MLOps and LLMOps practices.
Build and optimize AI platforms, model deployment pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.
Drive performance optimization, observability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, architects, and stakeholders.
Lead technical discussions, workshops, solutioning sessions, and presentations.
Mentor AI Engineers, Technical Leads, and Architects.
Support capability development, hiring, technical upskilling, and knowledge sharing.

Mandatory Skills




10–15 years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, AI/ML, or related technology domains.
Robust experience delivering enterprise AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
Robust expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, and LLMs.
Hands-on experience with RAG, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, Vector Databases, and AI Orchestration frameworks.
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, Hugging Face, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, AWS AI/ML, or Google Cloud AI platforms.
Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, and enterprise data platforms.
Robust understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLOps, and LLMOps.
Robust technical leadership, solution architecture, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
