Appoint current dealers and distributors and expand market coverage.

Ensure product availability and visibility across General Trade, Up-to-date Trade & Kirana stores.

Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Implement company schemes, trade promotions and BTL activities.

Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.

Lead, motivate and coach field sales teams through joint market visits.

Hire and develop current field sales staff.

Extensive travelling within the assigned territory.
