Position Summary

Automotive OEM Sales Leader is responsible for driving design-in activities, market penetration, and customer engagement within automotive segment reporting to directly regional OEM Sales Leader. This role leads the development and execution of India OEM strategies, collaborate with regional Tier1 sales, drives prospect creation and design-in growth, and ensures alignment between FAE, Marketing, and Product Groups (PG).

Key Responsibilities
Business & Revenue Leadership
Own OEM sales performance and demand creation within India region.
Develop and execute annual OEM business plans and growth strategies.
Drive Design Registration, Design-In, and Design-Win initiatives to accelerate long-term revenue growth.
Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility, and prospect management.
Team Leadership & Development
Establish Sales goals, KPIs, and accountability mechanisms.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, customer focus,



and execution excellence.
Collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Central FAE leaders and PG marketing/BD teams for bandwidth and support, etc.
Customer & Prospect Management
Build executive-level relationships with India OEM customers.
Managing DWIN/DIN target achievement
Daily base customer meetings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product Groups, Marketing, FAE teams, Operations, and Regional Sales leadership.
Align technology enablement, training, and customer engagement activities.
Support new product introductions and solution-based marketing initiatives.
Operational Excellence
Monitor KPIs including revenue, design registrations, design wins, demand forecast and inventory health.
Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and business reviews.
