Role & responsibilities:
Sourcing: Identifying and attracting qualified candidates for IT roles through various channels like job boards, social media, and networking.
Screening: Evaluating resumes and applications to identify the most promising candidates.
Interviewing: Conducting interviews (both technical and behavioral) to assess candidates skills and suitability.
Negotiation: Working with candidates to negotiate salary and advantages.
Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding of current hires.
Talent Pipeline: Developing and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
