Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the chief architect for the global connector group, driving performance and optimization initiatives.
Lead architecture design and review for data pipeline service projects and features.
Guide engineering-wide initiatives across key technologies and ensure adherence to best practices.
Collaborate closely with the Office of the CTO and other principal engineers across development locations.
Act as an active engineering team member to deliver robust, scalable features.
Enhance engineering systems, documentation, and development processes.
Coach and mentor senior and staff engineers to foster a culture of growth and engineering excellence.
Participate in hiring processes and contribute to building a high-performing team.
Develop proofs-of-concept (POCs) and bring projects to production-ready status.
Perform end-to-end system profiling, performance tuning, and optimization.

Skills We're Looking For:
15+ years of professional experience in designing and delivering large-scale,



enterprise-level software products.
Extensive experience as an architect or principal engineer with a cooperative and decisive leadership style.
Proven ability to lead large-scale architectural projects and deliver results.
Solid interpersonal skills and adaptability to engage effectively with engineers, product managers, analysts, and executives.
Extensive back-end development experience, ideally for customer-facing products.
Proficient in writing well-structured, effective code and designing, building, maintaining, testing, and deploying software.
Experience with cloud environment architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
Hands-on experience with data pipelines and relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
Skilled in system profiling, performance tuning, and optimization.
