What You'll Be Doing
Leading Your Team
Manage, coach, and inspire a large team of senior recruitment specialists
Drive individual and team performance through clear KPIs, regular reviews, and a culture of accountability
Develop your team's capabilities, creating transparent pathways for growth and progression
Oversee workload distribution to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all requisitions
Owning Recruitment Delivery
Take full ownership of end-to-end high-volume recruitment for construction supervision and technical engineering roles
Develop and execute cutting-edge sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, ATS platforms, and skilled networks
Lead proactive talent mapping and pipeline building to stay ahead of business demand
Ensure the team consistently hits deadlines without compromising on quality
Driving Performance & Metrics
Define and monitor team-wide KPIs and recruitment metrics, maintaining full visibility of delivery performance
Produce insightful reports for the Head of Talent Acquisition MEA on pipeline health, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and more
Identify performance gaps early and implement swift, effective solutions
Champion data integrity across all ATS and recruitment reporting system
