Qualification: Degree or Equivalen
Experience: 2–5 Years in Marketing, Business Development, Growth, Lead Generation or a similar role
Salary:Upto 30,000 Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to minimize and recover lost orders, maximizing sales opportunities.
Identify new business prospects and build strategic relationships with key partners to drive business growth.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business and growth objectives.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and support growth strategies.
Drive lead generation and conversion through online and offline marketing channels while maximizing ROI.
Support content optimization and repurposing to improve engagement,



conversions, and brand consistency.
Track and analyze key KPIs to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to support product development, marketing strategies, and customer experience enhancement.
Explore recent marketing channels, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency and drive business growth.
Maintain and manage customer and business databases using Excel, Google Workspace, and other relevant tools.
Demonstrate robust customer orientation, persuasion, teamwork, discipline, punctuality, and a proactive approach.
