Role & responsibilities
Candidate will be based at Mumbai and responsible for Business Development of Pharma formulation covering CIS countries like Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Moldova, Belarus.
Create impact full communication and Campaign to build brand and therapies in the division for CIS Markets.
Candidate will Research current opportunities and manage the company's entry and development strategy.
You will be responsible for planning and implementing budgets preparing marketing plan and budget pricing policy in product development and achieving market. objective of the territory.
Candidate will responsible to promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
You will train field force and coach guide and developed the group of brand managers in his her team and analyse market conditions and forecast Sales and Market share.




Candidate will be arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.
Candidate have to travel to these countries to identify and make relations with distributors.

Preferred candidate profile
B Pharma or B.Sc. and MBA in marketing 15 years marketing and business development of Pharma formulations covering CIS market.
You should be positive in understanding of the CIS pharma markets.
Candidate should be also good in preparing and implementing strategies making presentation and periodic reports.
Candidate should be fluent in Russian language.
Candidate should have valuable experience and functional and technical knowledge of pharmaceutical industry.
