Role & responsibilities

Manpower Planning and Budgeting:
Conduct thorough manpower planning and budgeting analysis to align with business requirements.

Talent Acquisition
Manage bulk hiring processes, ensuring timely release of offer letters.
Plan and execute recruitment drives at branch locations.

Onboarding
Oversee the entire employee onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration into the bank.

Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit.

Employee Engagement and Development
Educate staff on bank policies and procedures.
Address and resolve employee grievances effectively.

Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of HR specialists
