Role & responsibilities
To Undertake the visit of collaterals which are proposed to be security against home loan.
To provide collateral underwriting report within stipulated TAT
Create and update online valuation reports.
Take pictures of the property on site
Verify approved building plans and property title records
Maintaining a MIS of all instances brought by your branches and monitoring them with the valuer.
