Responsibilities:
Onboarding to Exit management , complete HR Operations experience is required.
Should have handled employee and insurance-related queries.
Preparation of various MIS reports.
Valuable knowledge of Statutory Compliance (Pan India - EPF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, Gratuity, Shop Act).
Knowledge of payroll principles, regulations, and procedures.
Advanced Excel skills are highly required.
Data management skills are required.
Added advantage Skills:
Experience with Greythr and/or Zoho People.
Exposure to Facility Management and Employee Engagement.
