Job Title: Service Staff

Job Summary:
Service Staff are responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them with seating.
Present menus and answer questions about food and beverages.
Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen or bar.
Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
Ensure customer satisfaction and address complaints or concerns courteously.
Process bills and handle payments.
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and other team members.

Requirements:




High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service is an advantage.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Strong teamwork and customer-focused attitude.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
