Role Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and system-oriented HR Manager who can handle end-to-end HR operations, build strong hiring processes, and maintain team discipline while ensuring a healthy work culture.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end hiring (Indeed, LinkedIn, screening, interviews, assessments)
Creating and managing Job Descriptions
Designing and managing salary structures & increment cycles
Handling offer letters, appointment letters, internships & documentation
Managing onboarding & exit formalities




Attendance tracking & leave management
Performance review system implementation
Conflict resolution & employee communication
Building HR policies (leave, bonus, notice period, etc.)
Maintaining confidentiality of company and employee data

Required Skills:
1–3 years experience in HR (agency/startup experience preferred)
Robust communication & negotiation skills
Good understanding of salary structuring & performance management
Discipline-oriented and process-driven mindset
Ability to handle pressure in a fast-growing startup environment

Salary:
₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & capability)

Growth Opportunity:
Directly work with founders and build HR systems from scratch in a scaling agency workplace.

Immediate joiners preferred.
