The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process, understanding their educational requirements, explaining courses/programs, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle admission enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, website leads, and walk-ins.
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and admission procedures.
Understand students' educational needs and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up with prospective students regularly to convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM/ERP.
Conduct counselling sessions for students and parents.
Explain course curriculum, facilities, academic structure, and career prospects.
Coordinate with the academic and administration teams during the admission process.
Assist students with documentation and application forms.




Achieve monthly admission/enquiry conversion targets.
Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, educational fairs, and promotional activities.
Prepare daily/weekly admission reports for management.
Maintain a professional relationship with students, parents, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable convincing and counselling ability.
Robust follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Basic knowledge of CRM/ERP software is an advantage.
Ability to handle parents and students professionally.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Positive English and Hindi/Bengali communication skills would be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
