BILARA GROUP is looking for a creative and skilled Architectural 3D Visualizer with robust expertise in exterior architectural visualization. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, realistic renders, and presentation visuals for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Create detailed 3D architectural models and realistic exterior visualizations.
Develop high-quality renders using 3ds Max, Corona/V-Ray, SketchUp, Lumion, and Enscape.
Prepare architectural drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.
Create realistic materials, textures, lighting, landscaping, and environmental elements.
Convert architectural concepts and 2D drawings into accurate 3D models.
Work closely with architects and designers to understand design requirements.
Make revisions based on client and design-team feedback.
Prepare high-quality renders and presentation images for client approvals.
Maintain accuracy, quality, and consistency across all visualizations.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience as an Architectural 3D Visualizer.
Robust experience in exterior 3D visualization and architectural rendering.
Good understanding of architectural design and construction.
Solid creative skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Portfolio of architectural 3D visualization work is required.
