Key Responsibilities
Visit distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and potential customers in the assigned territory.
Generate new business and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain solid relationships with existing customers and expand the dealer network.
Promote the company's products and increase market coverage.
Collect orders, follow up on payments, and resolve customer issues.
Monitor competitor activities and submit daily sales reports.
Ensure proper product visibility and availability in the market.
Requirements
Minimum Graduate (preferred).
2–3 years of field sales experience in the FMCG industry is mandatory.
Positive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
