Role Description

Senior SAP FSM Consultant will lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and integration of SAP Field Service Management within enterprise environments. This role requires expertise in dispatching and mobile workflows,



and solid client-facing skills to optimize after-sales and field service operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the
design, delivery, and execution of SAP FSM implementations
, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations
- Providing strategic guidance and functional expertise across all project phases, from discovery through go-live and post-production support.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including customer presentations, solution demonstrations, effort estimation, and the development of detailed Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Facilitate business process workshops and requirements-gathering sessions as the subject matter expert for Field Service Management processes and solutions
