Company Position: Senior / Lead MEPF Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and technically solid Senior / Lead MEPF Engineer to take ownership of end-to-end MEPF execution and coordination for a high-rise commercial building project.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on site execution experience and the ability to independently manage MEPF works from drawings and coordination through execution, testing & commissioning, statutory approvals and final handover.

Candidates with experience in GIFT City-based high-rise/commercial projects will be given strong preference.

Educational Qualification





* B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical or relevant MEPF qualification.

* 5 - 7 years of overall MEPF experience.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in high-rise commercial/building projects.

Key Technical Skills

Electrical:

* HT/LT systems, transformers, DG, UPS and electrical panels.

* Bus duct, cable trays, earthing, lighting and associated electrical systems.

HVAC:

* Chillers, AHU/FAHU/FCU.

* Ducting, chilled-water piping, ventilation, smoke extraction and pressurization systems.

Plumbing:

* Domestic water supply, drainage and storm-water systems.

* Pumps, tanks and associated plumbing systems.

Fire & Life Safety:

* Fire-fighting systems and fire alarm systems.

* Knowledge of applicable fire and life-safety requirements.

ELV / BMS / Integration:

* ELV systems, BMS and integration of various MEPF systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Take end-to-end ownership of MEPF site execution
