This Role
- Deliver high-quality telephone triage, using your clinical expertise to ensure safe, effective and person-centred care in a fast-paced and innovative service
- Work as an autonomous practitioner, applying professional judgement, knowledge and experience to undertake comprehensive clinical triage of patients
- Ensure patients and their families receive timely, appropriate, secure and person-centered care, demonstrating compassion, respect and clear clinical reasoning in all decision-making
- At times act as a trusted source of real-time clinical support for peers and non-clinical staff contributing to safe decision-making and outcomes.
