Join USI Talent Acquisition as a seasoned Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Functional Consultant specializing in Manufacturing, Costing, and Inventory. Lead implementations and optimize manufacturing and costing processes within Oracle Cloud SCM solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations focusing on Manufacturing, Cost Management, and Inventory modules.
- Design and support integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and MES/shop-floor systems for real-time data exchange.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, Order Management, and Quality to ensure seamless process integration.
- Support month-end and period-close activities related to costing and inventory valuation.
- Document solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients.
Required skills and experience
- 10+ years of SCM/ERP experience with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules.
- Hands-on experience in full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations including design, rollout, and hypercare support.
- In-depth knowledge of costing methods (Standard, Actual, FIFO/Average), cost rollups, WIP accounting, and variance analysis.
- Familiarity with MES integration concepts and designing interfaces with shop-floor systems.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, and reporting tools like BI Publisher and OTBI.
- Proven ability to work within onsite-offshore delivery models and lead small functional teams.
