- Experience
: 6–15 years in a
ServiceNow Functional Consultant
role, with
≥3 years
dedicated to process consulting on the ServiceNow platform.
- Process Expertise
: Demonstrated depth in
process mapping

across ITSM domains (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request).
- Technical Fluency
