Job description
- Promote and sell
HVAC, BMS sensors, transmitters, instrumentation, and industrial automation products
.
- Identify new business opportunities, develop prospects, and generate qualified leads.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with
HVAC/BMS consultants, contractors, system integrators, OEMs, and end customers
.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable
technical solutions and products
.
- Prepare accurate and competitive
techno-commercial quotations and proposals
.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and orders to successfully close business.
- Achieve and consistently work towards
monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Build long-term customer relationships and contribute to
repeat business and customer satisfaction
.
- Travel for customer visits,



meetings, site visits, and business development activities as required.

Skills
- Good
communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
.
- Technical knowledge of
sensors, transmitters, HVAC, BMS, instrumentation, or industrial automation products
.
- Experience working with
HVAC/BMS consultants, contractors, system integrators, or end users
will be an advantage.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into appropriate product solutions.
- Robust follow-up skills with a
result-oriented and customer-focused approach
.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and take ownership of sales activities.
- Willingness to
travel for customer meetings and business development
.
- Proficiency in
MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
.
- Candidates with a background in
Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical or relate
