About the role

Join USI Talent Acquisition as an experienced SAP consultant specializing in Central Finance (CFIN) to lead and execute end-to-end CFIN landscape design and rollouts, ensuring seamless source-system harmonization and financial data integrity.

Key responsibilities
- Lead process design workshops focusing on source-system harmonization and target architecture decisions.
- Manage CFIN replication, mapping, and reconciliation between source ERPs and central S/4HANA finance systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams on landscape setup, including SLT replication and connectivity configurations.
- Support multi-source-system rollouts, troubleshooting replication errors, and ensuring data consistency across environments.
- Drive stakeholder engagement across finance, IT, and source-system owners to align on cutover strategies and implementation progress.

Required skills and experience
- Minimum 6 years of SAP consulting experience with at least 2 full-cycle Central Finance implementations.




- Robust foundation in accounting principles to validate posting logic, GL mapping, and reconciliations.
- Hands-on experience with SLT replication, initial load, delta processes, and mapping configurations for company codes and chart of accounts.
- Proficient in SAP best practices for CFIN replication and error-handling mechanisms.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into structured user stories and design specifications.
- Experience managing phased and big-bang cutover approaches, with strong stakeholder management abilities.

Nice to have
- Prior experience with Big 4 or large-scale consulting delivery engagements.
- Relevant SAP CFIN or S/4 Finance certifications.
- Exposure to AI tools like Claude or Gemini for reconciliation analysis or documentation support.
- Familiarity with central finance use cases, including central reporting and selective data transition.
