Direct Reports - Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and, through them, TSOs and Sales Executives operating in the branch geography
Level in Sales Organisation - L4 (Head of Sales National → ZSM/RSM → Branch Manager → ASM → TSO → Sales Executive) Business Segment
Premium Electricals — wiring devices, low-voltage switchgear, wiring accessories, distribution boards, EV charging components, adjacent premium categories
The Branch Manager layer, of which this role is part, is being introduced now — a deliberate insertion between the zonal leadership and the area sales layer to bring premium-grade branch discipline, ecosystem depth, and specifier engagement to each priority city.

What makes this role different. This is not a Branch Manager role at a mature FMEG business. This is a Branch Manager role at premium electricals build in its formative phase.



The role-holder will help design the branch shape from an early state, will inherit a small team and grow it, will build distribution and specifier ecosystems from a modest base, and will operate as a builder rather than a maintainer.

The Branch Manager owns the business in a defined priority-city geography — revenue, distribution depth, specifier engagement, brand visibility, team performance, and financial discipline. The role is the operating face of Alric Electric in the branch city, the bridge between the zonal leadership register and the field execution register, and the quality control on how the Alric Electric brand is presented in the market.
