About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
HR Manager
to manage end-to-end HR operations in a fast-paced
digital media ecosystem
. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment experience, excellent people skills, and a good understanding of hiring for creative, digital, content, influencer marketing, and media roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage
end-to-end recruitment
, from sourcing and screening to offer management and joining.
- Hire across
digital media, influencer marketing, content, creative, social media, client servicing, and business roles
.
- Manage
employee onboarding
and ensure a smooth joining experience.
- Drive
employee engagement initiatives
, culture-building activities, and internal communication.
- Handle day-to-day
HR operations and employee queries
.
- Work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Support
performance management,



employee relations, retention, and HR processes
.
- Maintain HR records, documentation, and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies.
- Contribute to building a positive, high-performance workplace culture.

What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in
HR/HR Management
, preferably in a digital media, advertising, creative, influencer marketing, or related environment.
- Strong experience in
end-to-end recruitment
.
- Understanding of
digital media and influencer ecosystem hiring
is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong people orientation with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a
quick-paced environment
