Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the DCS/PLC team in the operation and maintenance of SCHINEDER FOXBORO-BOILER and TURBINE systems.
- Develop and implement control strategies to optimize system performance and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to DCS and PLC systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems with other plant operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive innovation and process enhancements to increase overall plant productivity and reliability.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in C&I; Engineering, Control Systems, or related field.
- Extensive knowledge of SCHINEDER FOXBORO DCS-BOILER and TURBINE systems.
