About the Role

XCT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced
Engineering Manager
to lead our engineering team, drive end-to-end project delivery, and maintain strong technical and execution standards across projects.

This role requires a strong balance of
people leadership, technical guidance, project management, and delivery ownership
. The ideal candidate should be comfortable leading engineers while also working closely with Product, Business, and Leadership teams to ensure projects are delivered with quality and on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support the engineering team while building a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Own
end-to-end software delivery
across planning, development, testing, releases, deployment, and production support.
- Lead
Agile/Scrum ceremonies
, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.




- Work closely with Product and Business teams to maintain a clear, prioritized, and delivery-ready backlog.
- Track sprint progress, timelines, dependencies, risks, resource requirements, and project deliverables.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical and delivery blockers.
- Provide regular
project and delivery updates to stakeholders and leadership
, ensuring transparent visibility on progress, risks, and timelines.
- Provide technical guidance to engineers and participate in architecture, system design, and key technical decisions.
- Drive engineering best practices across
code quality, testing, security, performance, documentation, and CI/CD
.
- Ensure development processes and coding standards are consistently followed across the team.
- Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, mentoring, and career development of engineers.
