About the Role
We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Business Development Associate who is passionate about sales and client interaction. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counseling prospects, and converting them into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential leads via calls and follow-ups
Understand customer requirements and explain product/services accordingly
Drive sales conversions and achieve monthly revenue targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
Handle objections and resolve client queries effectively
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding process
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate / Undergraduate (Freshers with positive communication can apply)
Robust communication and convincing skills
Sales-driven mindset with target orientation
Comfortable with Noida location and 10–7 working hours
Immediate joiners will be preferred
